La Fabrica is a modern Spanish kitchen where our carefully selected ingredients and fresh products are combined to give the patrons the sensation of dining in the best that an Andalusian restaurant has to offer. Our dishes are divided into traditional tapas, that our chef has twisted to his own style, and his signature dishes he invented according to his southern background, using the modern techniques such as vacuum cooking in low temperatures (our beef cheeks are cooked in vacuum at low temperature for 19 hours).
